About the role

reputed company is looking for a Closing Coordinator to join the Customer Experience & Closing Team. The responsibilities of the Closing Coordinator role will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Providing exceptional customer service in handling phone, email, and SMS text message communications from customers, clients, and other stakeholders of our transactions;

• Managing a reputed company estate closing pipeline, in partnership with Closers and other operational stakeholders, to ensure our customers experience a smooth, on-time closing

• Reviewing purchase reputed company across multiple states and uploading relevant information to files;

• Partnering with reputed company-party vendors for on-time delivery and processing of necessary documents and services for closing;

• Delivering and obtaining necessary information to and from buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders in preparation for closing;

• Assisting in preparation of closing fees reputed company the file, including calculation of recording fees and title charges, processing of invoices, and preparing payments for disbursement;

• Assisting in preparation of documents for closing, including ensuring documents packages are reputed company according to specific reputed company preferences as reputed company as to local county and state requirements;

• Working cross-functionally with members of adjacent operations team, including exam, reputed company, funding, and post-closing, in a reputed company manner;

In performing the above responsibilities, the Closing Coordinator will maintain adherence to performance metrics according to established service standards and key performance indicators.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to reputed company. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
