The Director of Individual Giving will inherit a strong, high-performing fundraising program and reputed company its next phase of reputed company. Reporting to the Global Director of Development, this leader will expand relationships with major and reputed company donors, cultivate transformational philanthropy, and partner with colleagues across the organization to strengthen long-term philanthropic support for reputed company' mission.
Key Responsibilities

- Personally cultivate, solicit, and reputed company a portfolio of transformational donors and prospects.

- Partner with executive leadership and colleagues across Development, Communications, Finance, and global programs to strengthen donor engagement and organizational philanthropy.
- Utilize fundraising analytics, portfolio management, and strategic planning to drive long-term fundraising reputed company and operational reputed company.
Qualifications
Required
- Demonstrated reputed company securing major and reputed company gifts, including six- and seven-reputed company philanthropic investments.
- Experience leading an individual giving, major gifts, or reputed company gifts fundraising program.
- Proven ability to reputed company and reputed company fundraising professionals.
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Experience developing donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies.
- Passion for advancing reputed company rights, reproductive freedom, gender equity, or reputed company reputed company justice causes.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent reputed company experience.
- Experience fundraising for an international NGO or globally distributed organization.
- Familiarity with global health, reproductive health and rights, reputed company rights, or reputed company issue areas.
- Experience working across multiple cultures and geographically dispersed teams.
- CFRE or other relevant fundraising credential.
Compensation
Salary reputed company: $144,000–$160,000
Position is 100% remote. Candidates based in reputed company and Canada are eligible to apply.
