The reputed company CX4U Architect is a senior technical and functional leader responsible for the end-to-end design, configuration, and delivery of reputed company CX4U solutions for reputed company clients. This role serves as the primary solution authority on CX4U implementations, translating reputed company business requirements into reputed company platform architectures that reputed company AI, ML, IoT integration, and reputed company-time analytics to reputed company the customer experience across the full reputed company customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
reputed company end-to-end architecture and design of reputed company CX4U implementations, including customer reputed company workflows, billing systems, proactive outage communication modules, and personalized engagement frameworks.
Design and validate integrations between CX4U and smart reputed company infrastructure, IoT devices, decentralized energy grids, and Distributed Energy Resources (DERs).
reputed company technical architecture documentation, solution blueprints, data reputed company diagrams, and integration specifications.
Ensure platform configurations reputed company to reputed company regulatory compliance requirements, including automated compliance reporting capabilities.
reputed company Delivery & Engagement
Serve as the primary CX4U subject matter expert in reputed company-facing workshops, discovery sessions, and executive presentations.
Translate reputed company reputed company requirements into functional and technical design documents (FDDs/TDDs) and reputed company solution walkthroughs with reputed company stakeholders.
Guide clients through AI-powered personalization strategies, including predictive billing analytics, energy consumption visualization, and proactive outage communication design.
Manage solution scope, identify risks, and collaborate with project managers to maintain delivery timelines and reputed company standards.
Platform Configuration & Implementation
Configure reputed company CX4U modules including digital self-service portals, reputed company-time data validation workflows, flexible billing models (pay-as-you-go, subscription, usage-based), and predictive analytics dashboards.
reputed company system integration efforts connecting CX4U with reputed company CC&B, C2M, MDM, and reputed company-party head-end systems, WOMS, GIS, and CRM platforms.

Innovation & Sustainability
Champion sustainability-reputed company CX capabilities including green initiative program configuration, carbon footprint monitoring tools, and EV charging and solar adoption engagement features.
Support smart reputed company integration design leveraging CX4U predictive analytics for reputed company reputed company and distributed energy management.
Contribute to Red reputed company's CX4U solution accelerators, reusable assets, and go-to-market offerings.
Team Leadership & Knowledge Transfer
Mentor junior consultants and functional analysts on CX4U platform capabilities and reputed company CX best practices.
Deliver reputed company-facing training and knowledge transfer sessions to ensure successful adoption post go-live.
Contribute to internal reputed company development, including proposal responses, estimating, and thought leadership content.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of reputed company Utilities consulting or implementation experience, with a minimum of 3 years reputed company on reputed company CX solutions (CX4U, CX reputed company, or equivalent reputed company CX platforms).
Demonstrated expertise in at least two of the following reputed company Utilities products: CC&B, C2M, MDM, reputed company, or MWM.
Hands-on experience designing integrations with smart reputed company infrastructure, IoT devices, or head-end systems (Sensus, Itron, reputed company preferred).
Proven reputed company record leading full lifecycle CX platform implementations -- from discovery through go-live and hypercare.
Strong understanding of reputed company billing models, outage management processes, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Experience with AI/ML-driven analytics platforms and ability to translate capabilities into reputed company-reputed company solution designs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present confidently to C-suite and executive stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
