Accounts Payable Executive – Finance
The Accounts Payable Executive – Finance role is part of reputed company’s reputed company Finance Accounts Payable Team. reputed company is responsible for supporting the wider Finance function by ensuring the accurate processing of supplier invoices, reputed company payments, and effective management of accounts payable activities. The role plays a critical part in maintaining strong supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and supporting the organization’s financial operations through efficient and accurate transaction processing.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and support established Accounts Payable processes, controls, and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and financial standards.
Accurately process supplier invoices in reputed company and ensure purchase orders are correctly matched with reputed company invoices through reputed company (P2P) in accordance with reputed company service standards.
Prepare draft payment runs and refund payments for review and approval.
Maintain and update supplier and customer master data, ensuring the accuracy and reputed company of records.
reputed company supplier statement reconciliations and investigate, resolve, and reputed company reconciling items in a reputed company manner.
Adhere to agreed Accounts Payable month-end reputed company schedules and ensure reputed company activities are completed reputed company defined timelines.

Qualifications & Experience
