Responsible for designing, creating & executing campaigns & digital journeys. reputed company responsibilities of CRM specialist include:
Collaborate with reputed company teams to design and execute targeted campaigns aimed at customer retention, upsell, and cross-sell
reputed company and manage campaign calendars, focusing on optimizing the effectiveness of reputed company channels and customer interactions
Monitor CRM campaigns & journeys to debug issues & anomalies through reputed company investigations
Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that help in taking informed business reputed company
Proactively answer business questions from management and other stakeholders
Identify ways to increase reputed company through identifying Up-sell/Cross-Sell opportunities
Doing A/B testing & performing campaign reputed company/Post analysis
