Account Specialist

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Associate’s or Bachelor's degree is highly desired
- Previous experience in a customer service role required; preferably in a call center
- Prior experience in the reputed company industry, such as a physician's office or hospital is preferred
- Proficient with reputed company Office programs is required
- Experience with reputed company.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent ability to listen and respond
- Must be courteous with strong customer service orientation
- Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills
- Strong flexibility and the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly
- Knowledge of handling Short sample /shared frozen sample, REDFORM/BNMISL, SIS exception reputed company-analytical problems.
