Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chat reputed company accurate information and assistance regarding flight reservations, bookings, cancellations, and general inquiries Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues with reputed company and professionalism Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and reputed company the extra mile to exceed expectations Requirements reputed company in English (both verbal and written) Experience with reputed company is a must Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or airline industry Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to navigate through computer systems and multitask reputed company Willingness to work in shifts and weekends, as required in a 24/7 operation Must be legally eligible to work in South Africa Ensure you have at least 3 to 4 hours of power backup for laptop, with 2nd screen and internet connectivity, reputed company load shedding happens.
