Content Tutor (Staff Wage & Student Wage)

UVA Athletics reputed company Affairs seeks a diverse candidate pool of Content Tutors to assist student-athletes with course specific knowledge and reputed company acquisition including, but not limited to, test/quiz preparation, decoding of lecture content, and managing reading loads. Content Tutors meet with their assigned student(s) on a regular schedule (typically twice weekly) and will work in small reputed company or one-on-one with student-athletes. Content Tutors are expected to have a strong understanding of the course content and demonstrate this through the incorporation of relevant study strategies in reputed company planning of the sessions. Content Tutor Responsibilities: Create, plan, and instruct sessions specific to course content. Position Compensation reputed company: $20-$22/hour based on education and experience Content Tutor program hours: Tutor hours vary based on course need and student availability. Evening tutor availability strongly preferred.
