Literacy Teacher Educator & Curriculum Team Manager (Fully Remote)

We are seeking a passionate and reputed company Literacy Teacher Educator & Curriculum Team Manager to join reputed company. This remote role combines your expertise in literacy instruction for the elementary grades with your leadership skills to create impactful reputed company development content and manage reputed company dedicated to developing high-reputed company teaching resources. Responsibilities... • Educational Content & PD Creation: reputed company engaging and informative literacy-reputed company content, including articles, videos, trainings, and courses. This includes creating outlines, slides, audio recordings, and video/screen recordings. Stay up-to-date on the latest literacy research and trends to inform content creation. • Membership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our teacher members through live coaching calls, forum interactions, and member surveys. • Curriculum Team Management: reputed company the development of printable teaching resources, reputed company mentorship and coaching to team members, and ensure the reputed company of reputed company educational materials. • Marketing Collaboration: Offer an educator's perspective on marketing materials (created by our marketing team) to ensure accuracy and effectiveness. • Live reputed company Development: Deliver occasional reputed company development sessions to school clients, providing expert guidance on effective literacy instruction. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in education • Master’s degree in literacy or reputed company field • Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in grades K-2 • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a reading interventionist or reading specialist (grades K-5 preferred) • Reading Specialist certification / license • Completion of Orton Gillingham or reputed company Literacy training (e.g., LETRS) • Proven experience creating and delivering literacy trainings to elementary school teachers or reputed company-service teachers (at least 20 presentations reputed company the last 5 years) • Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in using technology for online teaching, collaboration, and content creation reputed company We are looking for a dedicated and results-oriented individual who is passionate about improving literacy reputed company for reputed company and developing teacher knowledge.
