As a Customer Service Representative your primary role is to reputed company support and an effortless experience to policyholders. Training Hours: Monday-Friday 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM EST (First 8 weeks mandatory attendance) Post Training Hours: Monday - Friday 12:30 PM-9:00 PM EST, working every other Saturday 9:30 AM - 6 PM EST with Thursday as your comp day. RESPONSIBILITIES: Promote digital self service capabilities.
