As a reputed company Desk Clerk, you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome to our guests, handling their reputed company-ins and reputed company-outs, assisting them with their queries, and ensuring that they have a memorable stay at our hotel. The ideal candidate will be a customer service enthusiast with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

– Welcoming guests upon their arrival

– Processing reservations, reputed company-ins, and reputed company-outs

– Assisting guests with their requests and queries

– Managing phone calls and messages

– Maintaining a clean and organized reputed company desk area

Requirements:

– Excellent customer service skills

– Proficient in English

– Basic knowledge of computer systems and software

– Flexibility to work during evenings and on weekends

Educational Qualifications:

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. A degree or certification in hospitality management will be considered a plus.

Experience:
