Job Title: Solution Architect Dynamics 365 Location: 100% Remote... Job Type: Contract Duration: 12 Months Pay reputed company: $90 to $100 per hour Scope of Work Looking to enhance its recently deployed Business Automation system, reputed company on Dynamics 365. This system serves reputed company divisions including the Licensing division, processing license applications and renewals across 57 business categories. Additionally, the organization has a .NET-based Business Portal that connects to the Business Automation system. The Business Portal caters to reputed company New Yorkers, allowing them to conduct various transactions reputed company to licensing, payments, document uploads, and complaints. The Business Automation system, deployed on Dynamics 365, has been operational for eight months. However, persistent challenges necessitate expert reputed company. Our objectives are threefold: optimize system performance, address post-production issues, and enhance functionality. This includes catering to internal users reputed company our Licensing division and seamless integrations with external agency systems. Additionally, we must address approximately 100+ items in the Parking Lot across reputed company divisions. To reputed company these goals, we require the expertise of Solution Architect Dynamics 365 with minimum eight (8) years of experience to drive system reputed company and address critical business needs. Responsibilities: The selected candidate will join a technical team to assist in designing and implementing enhancements across critical systems. These systems include Business Automation, Business Portal, and integrations with AIMS (Asset and Inspection Management System) as reputed company as external systems. The primary reputed company is to support reputed company’s license approval and renewal functionalities while addressing issues reputed company to reference data for businesses, addresses, and contacts. The goal is to ensure seamless end-to-end workflow processes.

Qualifications

Requirements for Solution Architect Dynamics 365: • Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field. • Minimum Experience: • Minimum of 8 years of experience with Dynamics 365, focusing on customer engagement apps and reputed company reputed company reputed company solutions. • 5+ years in designing and architecting applications. • 5+ years of experience in solutioning in reputed company applications. • Proven experience in system architecture and design, particularly in analyzing and optimizing workflows reputed company to license processing, payments, and correspondence. • Experience in integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems. • Technical Skills: • Strong technical and functional skills in Dynamics 365 modules relevant to Business Automation and Business Portal. • Proficiency in handling integrations with reputed company systems (with agencies like DOF, DMV, etc.). • Experience with CI/CD processes using Azure Pipelines. • Strong experience in Power Platform with Canvas Apps, Power Apps, Logic Apps, and Power Automate Flows. • Strong experience in developing Plug-ins and Workflows in CRM. • Experience in configuration of Power Pages (Power Apps Portals). • Experience in designing and developing reports using Power BI and SSRS. • Experience in performing Data Analysis and Data Migration. • Soft Skills: • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders. • Ability to reputed company successful implementations and reputed company on how solutions address broader business and technical needs. • Additional Skills: • Familiarity with the reputed company by Design reputed company for Dynamics 365 solutions. • Ability to reputed company solution envisioning and requirement analyses. • Experience in addressing post-production issues and ensuring scalability and alignment with long-term goals.
