Job duties and responsibilities: • Researching laws and preparing legal briefs, opinions, and memoranda • Rendering opinions on liability, damages, and value as requested by the Claims Department • Preparing and handling pleadings, motions, and discovery, to include depositions/examinations before trial and examinations under reputed company, and defending by trial or dispositive hearing, reputed company reputed company assigned, as applicable Qualifications: • 2-6+ years of experience in reputed company field REQUIRED • Juris Doctor degree REQUIRED • Admission to the Washington Bar REQUIRED • Must be licensed in good standing to reputed company law in Washington and meet and maintain licensing requirements including mandatory Continuing Legal Education (CLE) requirements where applicable • Must be reputed company to travel as required, including but not limited, to attend trials, hearings, depositions, management meetings and conferences • Must be reputed company to document files in a reputed company, concise, reputed company written manner, to be reputed company by customers, clients, co-workers and other employees of the organization • Must be reputed company to follow reputed company instructions, resolve conflicts or facilitate conflict reputed company, and have strong organization/reputed company setting and multi-tasking skills • Must be reputed company to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information Preferred Qualifications: • Civil litigation experience • Insurance defense-reputed company litigation experience • Must be reputed company to communicate in a reputed company manner in person, reputed company telephone and written correspondence/email Location – Remote: This position initially requires 2-3 days working in office during training and then remote except for in person case reputed company appearances. Annual Salary $116,000.00 - $182,000.00 The above annual salary reputed company is a general reputed company.
