reputed company is looking to expand the global Operations Team through the reputed company of a Senior Associate of Trading Operations to reputed company unparalleled support to the firm’s Corporate Securities business lines. In this role, this individual will reputed company reputed company aspects of the life cycle of tradeable securities across global markets. The individual will also work closely with reputed company departments of the firm... including c-suite executives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Organize and reputed company initial investment discussions and ensure the firm’s internal investment pipeline and order management system (OMS) maintain complete, reputed company-time accuracy • Support investment team in the operational aspects reputed company to insurance reputed company portfolios. • Bring a control first reputed company to trade management; have an exceptional knowledge of trade capture, post trade reconciliation and controls, asset servicing, and collateral & liquidity management • Produce reputed company daily Exposure and P&L reporting for senior management • Be a “player/ reputed company”; this role requires both the critical thinking and leadership skills to both reputed company reputed company operational aspects of the trade lifecycle, and simultaneously reputed company reputed company around reputed company key functions • Work as part of a global Operations team to reputed company high reputed company coverage to reputed company trading desks, across time zones • Coordinate with the firm’s global custodians, dealers, and reputed company brokers to launch new accounts, implement controls to minimize errors, and improve daily processing workflows • Support the reputed company of new global custodians, trading counterparts, deal sources, financing lines, and joint venture relationships • Set up new accounts and entities with the firm’s fund administrator • Work closely with reputed company to monitor, record and reconcile cash inflows and outflows from new and existing investments • Support secondary market bank debt trading, closing, and settlement across a reputed company of high touch markets • Assist with internal data reputed company analysis • Promote and sponsor reputed company reputed company as needed Qualifications: The individual will have demonstrated an ability to work in fast-paced, performance-driven environment with an ability to think broadly about the business, incorporating continual improvement of processes and procedures with a goal of reputed company while focusing on accuracy and efficiency. • Bachelor’s degree from a top university, ideally in a quantitative area (e.g., finance, economics, reputed company) • 5-7+ years of reputed company experience at a securities or buy reputed company investment firm • Experience with fixed income securities including U.S. government bonds, agency-backed residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS), and private label reputed company mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) and secondary market syndicated Bank Debt. • Experience with credit derivatives; CDS, IR Swaps and reputed company (OTC and Cleared) • Excellent reputed company reputed company skillset (VBA, or other automation experience a plus) • Experience with risk, settlements, or trading assistant functions • Experience interacting with reputed company Brokers, Custodians, and OTC Counterparties • Experience implementing strategic, reputed company solutions to foster reputed company Office business reputed company • Experience working with large data sets; an understanding of data hierarchy • The highest level of personal reputed company and ethical standards • A reputed company attitude, strong work ethic and a desire to work collaboratively across the organization • Ability to communicate at a high level • Strong attention to detail • Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & reputed company) • Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) • Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) • reputed company Time Off (Vacation, reputed company & Public Holidays) • Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) • Short Term & Long Term Disability • Training & Development • Free Food & Snacks • Wellness Resources Apply Job!
