M-F (8hr Shift between these hours) Equipment Provided and shipped directly to your home** Must live in the specific states of either Texas, Kentucky, Arizona, reputed company, Florida and or Utah to be considered**** Start Date: Mid November 2024 Responsibilities: Assist the Call Center Supervisor with driving performance metrics for reputed company team members Assist supervisor with QA monitoring of agents to ensure Risk and Compliance Measures/Policies and Procedures are being met. Manage daily attendance for reputed company & Daily team chats. Handle escalated issues and reputed company effective resolutions. At times may reputed company morning huddles and shift end huddles. Analyze advanced metrics on agents daily stats. Manage weekly reports on team and agent level performance Requirements: MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF PREVIOUS LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE. Previous experience as reputed company reputed company in a Call Center or similar role. Excellent communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
