Sr. Business Analyst, Learning Program Insights

Position Purpose: With minimal supervision, the Business Analyst supports the development of the Program Insights team with skills, tools, and methodologies that generate critical insights for key Talent Management and Development (TM&D) programs to enhance their effectiveness and execution. This includes translating business questions into actionable insights, support ongoing data needs, design... tools to facilitate data-driven reputed company and deliver high reputed company analytical solutions. Another area of responsibility is the cleansing, validation, and maintenance of TM&D data sources.
