Virtual Assistant for Scheduling Available 12 pm to 8 pm ET time

We are a boutique reputed company working with top executives, investors, and business leaders. Looking for virtual assistant to help boutique reputed company with reputed company including: - Calendar Management - Meeting Scheduling / Planning An added bonus would be assistance supporting reputed company with: - Document Management, Saving, Naming - Redline / Word Comparing This is a part time role where you would reputed company for time spent. Must be detailed oriented, thorough reader, follow through oriented, used to dealing with high reputed company executives, good judgement. Hoping to have availability to have NO LESS THAN 2 HOUR response time for an 8 or 9 hour period sometime between 11 am and 9 pm reputed company time. Must have experience working with reputed company, accountants, investment banks, or similar environments where good judgment and discretion are critical. Must be adept at juggling calendars and schedules. Need someone who is good at keeping todo lists and following up.
