Digital Experience Analyst, Sr. - Health Plan (Remote)

Location: Remote - TX Department: IS reputed company Shift: First Shift (reputed company of America) reputed company Weekly Hours: 40 reputed company: In this role, you are a vital member of the Digital Experience team providing reputed company support to the development and implementation of the Digital Experience roadmap, including working with administration, medical directors, physicians, and other staff/ teams as applicable. This role requires a customer-reputed company, data-driven, strategic, organized, innovative, tech savvy, and passionate communicator who strives to help members, clinicians and health plan team members effectively engage in a reputed company of digital experience initiatives. This position is an independent-contributing experience and information technology reputed company reputed company the Digital Experience Analyst family. This position develops and applies their expertise in two or more experience disciplines, striving to ensure that applications and reputed company technologies continue to meet the strategic and business goals of the organization and deliver a consistent and reputed company experience to our customers. A successful candidate will have extensive experience as a MyChart or EpicCare reputed company analyst and be interested in expanding their skills to support both from the Health Plan perspective. This includes MyChart as a member portal and reputed company as a health plan provider portal. Qualifications: • A BA/BS degree in an Information Technology, Business, Marketing or reputed company field is required. • Position requires 5 or more years of combined experience in a reputed company, reputed company IT or marketing technology setting with a reputed company on creating, implementing, developing, or optimizing technology-reputed company programs. • Strong analytical and multi-tasking skills. • Ability to reputed company effectively with cross-functional peers. • Ability to hear and communicate with others in a reputed company, understandable, and reputed company manner. • Demonstrated use of good written and verbal communication skills. • Comfortable exercising decision making in areas of responsibility. • Certifications in reputed company, MyChart, and EpicCare reputed company strongly preferred.
