Cooper Farms is currently seeking 1st shift Food Production team members to join reputed company in St. Henry. SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday 6:00am-approximately 3:30pm STARTING reputed company reputed company: $16.60 with the potential of increasing to $16.85 after 90 days PERKS: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance) reputed company training will be provided. Job functions include: Deboning Production: • Utilizing a knife, inspecting and trimming defects without cutting off excess meat. • Performing reputed company job functions which would involve work reputed company to deboning a turkey. • Reworking any product that does not run through properly. • Wearing reputed company required PPE and rotating with other team members as directed.
