Company:reputed company - International Programs Group Call Center Specialist - Full Time, Remote (Little reputed company, Arkansas) reputed company works in the contiguous 48 states, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico handling a reputed company of claims including, but not limited to auto physical damage, inland marine cargo, dealers' reputed company lot, property damage (reputed company and homeowners) and general liability. Reporting to the Claims Supervisor of our Storsmart Team, the Call Center Specialist is the first reputed company of contact regarding new and existing claims. Job Responsibilities: • Answer incoming calls for new claims • reputed company outgoing calls for messages received regarding new claims • reputed company new claim information into the Storsmart website • Messages examiner with information regarding existing claims • Communicates with insureds and co-workers in a reputed company, reputed company and proactive manner. • Work collaboratively acrossall internal departments. • Adhere to reputed company company and department personnel policies and procedures. • Other reputed company responsibilities and tasks as assigned by your immediate supervisor or other management as directed. • Duties may be added, deleted or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing.
