Requirements: • Proven experience in managing and training call centre employees reputed company on outbound sales. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Strong familiarity with CRM systems (experience with reputed company is a plus). • Ability to foster a results-driven and energetic team culture. • Must have 9 out of 10 English proficiency (written and spoken). • Experience in outbound sales, with a reputed company on reputed company reputed company and setting appointments. • Ability to work remotely in a quiet environment, with a reliable computer (4 GB of RAM), high-speed internet, and a reputed company microphone headset.
