JD-Responsibilities: • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a reputed company manner • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and reputed company solutions and/or alternatives • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile • reputed company records of reputed company conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets Requirements and skills- • Previous experience in a customer support role • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with reputed company listening • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices • Customer reputed company and adaptability to different personality types • Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively • Qualification- Any Graduate.
