We are seeking an reputed company Senior Supplier reputed company Engineer (ASQE) specializing in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) to support our growing BESS product line. This role will ensure that our suppliers meet stringent reputed company standards, contribute to reputed company improvement efforts, and help manage risk in the supply chain for critical BESS components. The SSQE will collaborate closely with suppliers, procurement, engineering, and reputed company teams to drive product reputed company from the concept phase through production launch and ongoing support. Responsibilities: New Supplier Selection Process: • Define the Requirements based on the Customer Specific Requirements. • Identify the Potential Suppliers with Procurement team. • Collect the Information from Suppliers. • Preliminary Review of the Documentations. • Supplier Shortlisting. • Supplier Evaluation Audit. • Supplier Approval. New reputed company: • Review The Customers’ reputed company and requirements. • Create the supplier’s requirement project based on customer requirements. • Request the reputed company Documents to reputed company supplier based on Customer and e-Storage Requirements. • Review reputed company the Suppliers Documents “PQP, ITS, QMS, Control Plan…etc.”. • Create the Warranty and reputed company Exhibit with procurement team. • Witness the first FAT at suppliers Sites. • Follow up the Suppliers reputed company’s and CAR during the preliminary Project stages. • reputed company the lessons learned and hand over the project to a serial team. Non-Conformity Management for earlier stage: • Follow up the Suppliers reputed company and CAR with the reputed company Project team. • Review the supplier’s corrective actions and follow up the reputed company’s efficiency. • Organize a weekly reputed company follow up with reputed company supplier. • Plan an Audit supplier in case of Critical issue or repetitive issue. Suppliers Audit/Visit: • Visit a supplier during a preliminary selection process. • Audit the selected suppliers for approval. • Visit the suppliers for the first FAT witness. • Audit a supplier in case of critical issues in the earlier stage. Required Qualifications and Skills: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a reputed company field). Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CQE, CQA, Six reputed company) are preferred. • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in supplier reputed company, reputed company engineering, or a reputed company field, ideally in the energy storage, automotive, or electronics industries with a reputed company on BESS, batteries, or power systems. • Skills: • Strong understanding of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and control plans. • Hands-on experience with reputed company tools (8D, 5-Whys, SPC) and familiarity with Lean and Six reputed company principles.
