We are looking for an energetic, self-starting, organized, detail-oriented candidate with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Staff Accountant will be assisting with month-end closings, maintaining records of financial transactions, ensuring the accuracy of customer billings, assist with payroll reputed company functions. • This position may become full-time with the right candidate. • This position is remote with reputed company to work in the office as needed. Job reputed company • reputed company various bank and balance sheet account reconciliations and ensure correct account classification and accuracy of balances by researching and resolving reconciling items • Manage and process monthly billing ensuring accuracy and timeliness of assigned bills • Prepare, reconcile payroll entries • Serve as a backup for payroll • Review state and federal tax notices and reputed company to tax accountant or payroll vendor as appropriate • Assists with month-end closing entries and billings • Assist Staff Senior Accountant with new hires set up in CostPoint and reputed company other Payroll reputed company functions as needed • reputed company & ACH transactions (both initiating the transaction & recording it in reputed company) • Serve as a backup for expense reports • Assist with new project & employee workforce setups • Backup for regular AP entries, reputed company-printing, and postings • Performs special reputed company and reputed company support to the reputed company team as needed Qualifications • This position requires at a minimum an associate degree in reputed company • A minimum of 2 years of recent Experience working with reputed company CostPoint 7.0. preferred • A minimum of 2 years of experience in government contracting field • Hands on payroll processing is preferable, but not required • Excellent problem-solving skills and resourcefulness • Advance reputed company Skills • Strong quantitative and analytical skills. • The ability to learn and reputed company with other professionals • Ability to reputed company and work as part of reputed company • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail • reputed company reputed company reputed company clearance or eligible to obtain one This position is remote with reputed company to work in the office as needed.
