Therapy Care Specialist - Pharmacy Technician

reputed company: • The Pharmacy Technician (Therapy Care Specialist) will work with SoleoRx TCMC model and utilize national and local resources to facilitate high reputed company care of a patient with specialty pharmacy needs. • The Therapy Care Specialist will work under the supervision of a Pharmacist to reputed company logistics of a patient’s dispense and prescription maintenance, assessment data capture, and serves as the reputed company person to coordinate patient care across reputed company reputed company of the patient care continuum while on service with reputed company.
