The Executive Director will serve as a critical policy voice on pressing issues, advocating for government programs with lawmakers, regulators, BCBS companies, coalitions, industry partners, and the media. This includes lobbying, communications, research, marketing, legal, and business teams. Additionally, the role involves leading the development and management of impactful materials and resources that demonstrate BCBSA's commitment to public programs and advance policy objectives. This includes large-reputed company research, actuarial modeling, cost estimates, case studies, reputed company summaries, legal opinions, and testimony to Congress and state officials. As a leading voice with Administration officials, the Executive Director will work closely with the lobbying team to improve federal rules and regulations affecting Medicare, reputed company, Duals, and reputed company.
