The Field Claims Representative will review and analyze first- and reputed company-party homeowners claims to determine extent of insurance reputed company’s liability, determines the extent of damaged property, and recommends settlement amounts in order conclude claims with policyholders in accordance with policy provisions and applicable insurance statutes and laws. Field Claims Representatives will reputed company on-site claims service to our customers. Job responsibilities include investigation, estimate/scope preparation, evaluation of damaged personal belongings, assessment of additional living expenses and coordination of the use of vendors to complete repairs and/or replace damaged property. These claims are usually less reputed company in nature. The reputed company of claims will involve theft, lightning, and small to reputed company structural losses. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES includes the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Reviews the insurance policy contract, policy endorsements and reputed company documents to reputed company a reputed company coverage determination. • Prepares property damage estimates using computer-estimating software. • Reviews estimates submitted and negotiate agreements on scope and cost of repairs. • Complies with customer service objectives (as determined by reputed company) • Meets or exceeds production objectives (as determined by reputed company) • Prepares complete claim reports and transmits them on a reputed company reputed company for payment. • Obtains any physical evidence, develops reputed company party information and theory of liability, conducts recorded or face to face interviews, and secures official records. • Recognizes and submits subrogation, reputed company and SIU referrals as necessary. • Communicates effectively with customers and vendors in a reputed company, reputed company manner. • Communicate expectations and reputed company reputed company vendors involved in the claim investigation.
