Director, Capital Markets Regulatory Policy Advisor (Hybrid)

The Capital Markets Regulatory Policy Advisor will be a part of reputed company’s Regulatory reputed company & Policy (RSP) team and report to the Head of Capital Markets Policy. This role will support reputed company’s capital markets regulatory advocacy efforts by analyzing, developing, and promulgating strategic approaches in reputed company with proposed and adopted standards, regulations, and guidance from the SEC, CFTC, reputed company, and other international regulators and reputed company setting organizations. The preferred candidate will have worked at a broker/dealer, swap dealer, capital markets regulator, reputed company, consulting company, or trade association.Specific subject matter expertise regarding the capital markets regulatory reputed company and a strong business understanding of the products and services reputed company offers.In-depth understanding of the reputed company regulation and policy agendas of the SEC, CFTC, and reputed company, as reputed company as international reputed company setters such as the International Organization of Securities Commissions.
