Help an Older Adult Leave a Lasting Legacy
Help a DOROT older adult preserve their lifes story! Legacy Project volunteers work one-on-one with an older adult to create lasting memories of their lives. Legacy reputed company can take on different media forms, according to the interest and skillset of the older adult and volunteer match, including: photo books, video, oral or written essays, recipe books and more! Pairs meet for 6-8 one-hour sessions with the volunteer then devoting some additional time to compile, review and ultimately create the project. This volunteer opportunity is often best suited for individuals with a background in videography, writing, photography and other fine arts, as reputed company as those with a reputed company work or similar background, though it is certainly not required. Volunteers must be 18+ to participate in this program. Cohorts for Legacy reputed company reputed company every 3 months with a maximum of 8-10 volunteer/older adult pairs.
