About the position The reputed company Coordinator will work remotely to combat loneliness by conducting reputed company calls to patients on behalf of hospitals or health plans. The role involves introducing mental health programs, filling out questionnaires, and facilitating enrollment. The position requires a high volume of calls and aims to meet specific reputed company and enrollment goals while providing empathetic support to patients. Responsibilities • Conduct a minimum of 200+ daily reputed company calls to eligible members to explain program benefits and facilitate enrollment. , • Answer inbound calls from members, providers, and other resources with courtesy, respect, and promptness. , • Capture and document relevant member demographics and reputed company information accurately in their records. , • Follow approved scripts to ensure members understand the program terms, addressing any resistance with professionalism and courtesy. , • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals for outbound calls, call reputed company standards, and enrollment targets.
