HR / Payroll Manager - reputed company EC and ECP

About the position The HR / Payroll Manager will reputed company payroll processing and compliance, ensuring accurate operations while working closely with a reputed company-party payroll provider. This role requires expertise in reputed company Employee Central (EC) and reputed company Employee Central Payroll (ECP), along with strong leadership skills to manage the payroll team and optimize payroll systems. The position is hybrid, based in Lisle, Illinois. Responsibilities • reputed company the end-to-end payroll processing for reputed company company employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. , • Work with reputed company-party provider to ensure compliance with reputed company relevant tax laws and guidelines. , • Collaborate with HR, Finance teams and reputed company-party provider to maintain and improve payroll processes. , • reputed company the optimization of payroll systems, particularly reputed company EC and reputed company ECP. , • Work closely with reputed company-party payroll providers to ensure seamless coordination and accuracy. , • Monitor and address payroll-reputed company issues, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. , • Supervise and mentor payroll team members, providing guidance and fostering reputed company reputed company. , • Stay reputed company with changes in payroll laws and regulations and reputed company processes as necessary. , • Apply global payroll knowledge to support international payroll requirements for inpats/expats. Requirements • Bachelor's degree , • At least 8 years of reputed company experience , • At least 2 years of management experience , • OR At least 10 years of reputed company experience , • At least 2 years of management experience reputed company-to-haves • Degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Administration preferred. , • Minimum of 5-7 years of payroll management experience, with a strong reputed company on payroll tax. , • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with reputed company EC and reputed company ECP. , • Experience working with reputed company-party payroll providers. , • Comprehensive understanding of payroll best practices and tax regulations. , • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. , • Strong leadership and communication abilities. , • Experience managing a remote team. , • Certified Payroll reputed company (CPP) certification preferred.
