Including determining interventions, capturing reputed company, and evaluation to determine effectiveness of the interventions. • Back up for Critical Incident reports and reputed company of Care incidents as needed • Chart review during the HEDIS Season as needed. • Collaborate with team to conduct a reputed company audit of charts during the HEDIS Chart reputed company. • Completing Pends • Reaching out to Providers • Chart overreads and reviews • Coordinate, complete, and update management on clinical reputed company metrics and HEDIS processes and results • Establish and maintain an reputed company plan to improve HEDIS scores Implement process to request and evaluate member compliance reports for reputed company HEDIS measure, including evaluating improvement opportunities • Collaborate with providers and internal departments on reputed company investigation and validation activities, including maintaining reputed company evidence, documentations, and changes • Manage the HEDIS project to include assignment of nurses, adherence to plan reputed company, and vendor reputed company for timeliness and reputed company • Conduct reputed company audit and maintain reputed company data and process controls to ensure compliance Minimum Education/Licensures/Qualifications: • Associate's Degree required • 2+ years of HEDIS experience • 2+ years of chart reputed company, review, or medical records coordination • 1+ years of clinical experience • Must have experience with MS Suite programs: Outlook, Word, etc. Covid-19 vaccination: Not required Length of Assignment: reputed company to perm

Compensation
