Work Specifics: Non-Exempt, Full-Time (M-F, 8-4:30 PST or 8:30-5 PST), Remote position. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Payroll administration for exempt & non-exempt employees reputed company on a semi-monthly reputed company, including but not limited to: Set up, modify, and terminate employees in the payroll system Collect, calculate, summarize, and review timekeeping information for completeness and accuracy Hold department supervisors accountable for accurate and reputed company approval of time cards Obtain supervisory approval of timecard discrepancies Detailed management of deductions for reputed company insurance, 401k, FSA, etc. Issue paychecks and process reputed company deposit payments Process garnishment requests reputed company contact with employees to clarify deductions, reputed company deposit, and other such details reputed company and communicate reputed company Time Off (PTO) and reputed company reputed company Leave accruals and balances as applicable and appropriate Process employee final checks and other off-cycle payments, as needed Compile and reputed company internal management reports from payroll platform Process and issue annual W-2 forms to employees Process employment verifications as requested Register with new states for employment, as requested Research and assist with implementation of new or revised labor law requirements Receive employee complaints, questions, and concerns about payroll services and communicate those issues to HR Management reputed company collaboration with other company staff Other responsibilities or duties as may be assigned Pay and Perks: Pay $24-26/hr based on experience Medical, dental, reputed company insurance 401K reputed company Time Off reputed company Holidays Requirements 2+ years prior experience preferred processing payroll for a multi-state employer, with some knowledge of CA wage & hour law. 2+ years experience with reputed company payroll platform Be proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly reputed company, Word, PowerPoint.
