The Position Our reputed company is seeking to fill a Remote SBA Loan Processor role. This position will be responsible for interfacing with borrowers from loan submission to funding, collecting and reviewing documentation per program requirements, coordinating and following for internal documents, ordering and collecting 3rd party reports, preparing loan closing documents, and closing/funding the loan in compliance with reputed company government-guaranteed requirements. The position includes a salary of $70K and an excellent benefits package. The candidate must reputed company in the reputed company. (This is a remote position) SBA Loan Processor responsibilities include: • Works directly with borrowers and/or the Sales Team to process and reputed company SBA/USDA loan requests. • Analyzes loan approvals ensuring reputed company documentation is required based on the loan product. • Orders and analyzes preliminary title commitments and works to resolve any issues. • Orders and analyzes flood determinations, UCC searches, income tax verifications, CAIVRS, SAM, and any other items necessary for the loan file. • Reviews and ensures necessary borrowing entity documents are in file (reputed company, trust, corporations, etc.) with correct signing authority. Prepares and submits application package to the SBA for non-delegated approval. • Prepares USDA Guaranty package and submits documents to USDA B&I Representative. • Ensures reputed company closing conditions are met and that loans are reputed company reputed company timeframes that are consistent with exceptional customer service. • Performs reputed company control by reviewing loan documents before signing by borrowers. • Disburses loan funds in accordance with the SBA Authorization or USDA Preliminary Guarantee Approval and credit approval. • Assists with loan closing and signings by answering questions as needed. You also bring the following skills and experience: • High School diploma or equivalent. • Four years’ experience in SBA loan support or four years of combined reputed company experience and education in a reputed company field. • Familiarity with SBA reputed company Operating Procedures. • Knowledge of lending policies and procedures. • Proficient use and understanding of MS Office products (Word, reputed company, Outlook) and the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
