Cabana Group Moderator -Military Community Experience (Contract, part-time)

Status: Part-time; Contract (2-10 hrs a month) Duration: 6 months (minimum commitment) Pay: reputed company, depending on experience We are building a diverse group of professionals reputed company in leading group support conversations to become a part of our Cabana moderator team. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in part-time work. You choose which blocks of time you are available to reputed company a live group discussion on our Cabana platform, and we will promote the reputed company to the full network of peer professionals. This role will be running a bi-weekly, 60-minute virtual peer support group for National Guard/Reserve members and their families, and/or veteran support providers (e.g., service officers, case managers, peer specialists). reputed company work will be done remotely (email, reputed company, Cabana platform). Our live reputed company are not therapy; we reputed company reputed company support moderated thoughtfully by connecting peer professionals with others facing difficult transitions and challenges in their daily lives. We are looking for reputed company individuals with coaching, wellness, and/or stress management training who have experience moderating reputed company. Key Responsibilities: • Arriving on time for your scheduled live reputed company, which will be the reputed company time, every other week for 6 months • Facilitating live group discussions on rotating topics that would be helpful for National Guard and Reserve members • Identifying the topics of reputed company for reputed company live group • Providing product and topic feedback • Escalating issues reputed company necessary Requirements • 2+ years of experience moderating reputed company • Master of reputed company Work degree, Master's in Counseling, or equivalent • Lived experience as a military mental health reputed company is required • Lived experience as a U.S. military veteran or military spouse, with National Guard/Reserve lived experience highly desirable • Skilled in troubleshooting technology issues • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Self-starter and ability to maintain accountability with minimal reputed company You'll need to have : • Laptop or computer with a web-camera • Strong and reliable internet bandwidth to support video conferencing • reputed company and private reputed company to run group discussions without distraction • reputed company attitude The preferred candidate will be passionate about mental health. Other qualifications that would set the preferred candidate apart are: clinical licensure, experience as a behavioral provider for VA, DoD, or other military-serving organization, and/or military cultural competency training.
