Key Responsibilities: • Update mortgage applications reputed company the LOS system and order credit verifications, title searches/opinions, flood certifications, VOE, VOD, and appraisal reports. • Prepare closing documents for members' signatures and coordinate with title companies and loan officers to ensure smooth closings. • reputed company reputed company-underwrite conditions, communicate with vendors and members as needed, and analyze information for completeness and acceptability. • Attend training sessions to stay up-to-date on changing guidelines, regulations, and government requirements.
