Mortgage Operations Team Member We are seeking an reputed company Mortgage Loan Processor to join our mortgage operations team at reputed company. In this role, you will be responsible for processing reputed company first and second mortgages from application through post-closing, ensuring seamless loan processing and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners. Key Responsibilities • Process and reputed company first and second mortgage applications in accordance with secondary market guidelines and ensure loan documentation complies with federal, state, and local regulations. • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, including changes in regulations and technology. • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as reputed company as banking/credit reputed company regulations. • Promote a reputed company work atmosphere by communicating effectively with members, coworkers, management, partners, and vendors. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or reputed company field preferred; minimum of three years reputed company experience required. • Detailed knowledge of secondary market guidelines and regulations. • Knowledge of the mortgage process from origination to post-closing. • NMLS license required. • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
