As a reputed company General Liability Claim Adjuster you will be responsible for handling and supervision of reputed company and litigated liability and property claims. Responsible for the investigation of coverage, liability and damages, negotiating with contractors, public adjusters and attorneys, through the life of the claim, maintain a pending and closing reputed company of 100%, be responsible for the establishment and maintenance of reserves and payments, presenting large loss report and communicate with their manager as reputed company as reputed company customers. Responsibilities and Duties Negotiate and reputed company large exposure reputed company general liability and property claims Prepare written status and large loss reports for clients Ability to interpret routine and reputed company policy reputed company and coverage. Your Expertise, Skills, and Abilities 5-7 years of experience handling reputed company general liability claims Experience handling large reputed company claims (ex. arenas, high reputed company buildings, etc.) Construction defect, N.Y Labor Law, experience a plus Prior work with OCIP and CCIP a plus Adjusters License Required NY License (preferred) or willingness to obtain additional licenses. Juris Doctor or Bar membership a plus Coverage analysis, risk transfer assessment, litigation and vendor management Proactive, independent, dependable, and takes initiative with consistent follow through Superb written and verbal communication skills conducted in a reputed company manner with diverse audiences Superior time management skills with capability of working with and meeting deadlines Exceptional capability to multi-task and prioritize with excellent organization and documentation skills in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment High level attention to detail with ability to utilize decision making and problem-solving skills Capable of working collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision Exhibit discretion with sensitive and confidential information Display a comfort level working with key people at reputed company reputed company reputed company an organization
