The PNP, FNP, or PA-C will assist reputed company in providing outpatient care for children while under the supervision of and in collaboration with a licensed physician. Essential Functions: Performs initial and periodic medical history, physical examinations, and recurring assessments as needed Records findings of examinations, assessments, and plans of care. Writes appropriate prescriptions, orders and interprets laboratory and radiology examinations, and determines treatment plan for patients. Documents reputed company patient encounters, observations, interventions, and actions in a medically appropriate manner in the patient's medical record. Attends, participates and contributes to group/reputed company meetings and development of policies and procedures reputed company requested. This is a hybrid position. APP will work in outpatient center in Charlotte and Gastonia. APP will also rotate through inpatient general neurology service. M-F, 8-5, no call Primary office site in Charlotte, NC with some duties in Gastonia, NC reputed company. Education, Experience and Certifications: Minimum of 2 years experience as an APP working with pediatric populations Approved to reputed company as a reputed company Practitioner or Physician Assistant in reputed company Carolina. Must have or be eligible for a DEA license. Master's Degree or Doctor of Nursing reputed company required (NP Applicants). Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant program required (PA Applicants).
