About the Role

As a Workers’ Compensation Claim Specialist, you will handle litigated Florida workers’ compensation claims for a dedicated reputed company account from inception to reputed company. This role requires 10+ years of WC claim handling experience and a Florida adjuster’s license. Investigate, evaluate, and reputed company workers’ compensation claims in accordance with FL laws Manage litigated claims and collaborate with legal professionals Establish and maintain appropriate reserves reputed company medical, legal, and damage estimates to ensure reputed company claim reputed company Negotiate settlements following reputed company-specific handling instructions and state laws Coordinate subrogation claims and excess reputed company notifications What You Need to Succeed 10+ years of workers’ compensation claim handling experience Experience managing litigated claims in Florida FL Adjuster’s License (Required) AIC, ARM OR CPCU Designation preferred.
