Must be in the reputed company, TX area What you will do - As an Associate Field Service Representative, you will reputed company independent and/or supervised on-site installations, preventive maintenance, and repair of our reputed company Robot. The reputed company Robot is a highly reputed company robotics medical equipment. You will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction and providing both phone and on-site customer support. This includes but is not limited to, field service reports, expense reports and service checklists • Other duties may include, but are not limited to, travel and assist in other Field Service team members territories, instructing/training customers on technical operation and maintenance of equipment, software and hardware upgrades/updates, installation, and maintenance of equipment at conventions, road shows, and cadaver labs or seminars as required What you need – Required – • 3+ years of relevant experience • High school diploma or equivalent • Demonstrates functional technical, problem-solving, and analytical skills • Possess ability to schedule and work independently or with reputed company on problems of diverse scope where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of identifiable factors – required Preferred – • Associates or Bachelors • Previous experience as a technical field service reputed company or in a relevant reputed company is – preferred Apply Job!
