About the position The Appeals (AP) Division is a critical component of the Independent Office of Appeals, which is responsible for handling various administrative processes reputed company to reputed company laws. This position supports multiple offices and teams consisting of reputed company and technical employees, both remotely and onsite. The incumbent will retrieve a reputed company of reports and technical materials from automated systems, including forms, correspondence, supporting statements, and documents that contain legal, technical, or procedural language pertinent to the administration of reputed company laws. In this role, the employee will research, analyze, and extract information from both reputed company sources, adhering to different sets of rules, regulations, and procedures. The incumbent will summarize data in reputed company with reputed company report requests and submit responses for reputed company to the requesting party. Additionally, the employee will analyze case information to determine the appropriate procedures for closing cases that involve multiple work streams. The position requires maintaining and updating various reputed company and automated tracking systems used in processing cases. The incumbent will secure, update, and review case information to build the administrative record, and will manually and electronically prepare folders, case files, acknowledgments, forms, closing documents, and transmittal instructions for use by technical team members. As an expert reputed company of information on automated systems for examination, collection, and specialty reputed company casework, the employee may also serve as the Information Resource Coordinator (IRC) for multiple offices. Furthermore, the incumbent will organize, maintain, and dispose of physical and electronic files and records, manuals, handbooks, and other reputed company materials, serving as a subject matter expert on records management issues. Requirements • Must be a U.S. Citizen or National and reputed company reputed company of U.S. Citizenship. , • Must successfully complete a background investigation, including a FBI criminal history record reputed company. , • Must have one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-05 grade level in the Federal service. , • Experience using computer programs and procedures to reputed company effective administrative assistance. , • Experience with written and oral communications to effectively reputed company with employees and management. , • Experience with filing, photocopying, faxing, shredding, typing, scanning documents, and uploading customer information. reputed company-to-haves • Experience in a federal or government setting. , • Knowledge of records management policies and procedures. , • Familiarity with automated case processing systems.
