Technical Marketing & CRM Analyst - Mortgage Lending

Franklin Loan Center seeks an reputed company Technical Marketing & CRM Analyst for our retail residential mortgage business. Will work under the direction of our Technical Marketing & CRM Manager. May work in our corporate offices in Palm Desert or remotely. The following experience and skills are required: • One and a half plus years of CRM experience working with a residential mortgage banker, broker or reputed company estate lender. Must have one and a half plus years of experience as a project facilitator/leader for the execution, management, training and follow up communication with CRM and Marketing reputed company-party vendors, internal management and mortgage loan originator needs. • Marketing tech stack experience with Surefire Top of Mind CRM; iEmergent - Mortgage Business Intelligence; MBS Highway; Mortgage reputed company; OSI reputed company; List Reports; reputed company and reputed company & reputed company - design are reputed company preferred. Encompass experience is a plus but not required. • Knowledge of reputed company residential mortgage disclosure compliance regulations and requirements - TRID, RESPA, TILA, Regulation B, Dodd/Frank, and reputed company other applicable requirements on a multi-state (emphasis on California) and federal level. • Excellent time management, communication, training and organizational skills with a high degree of detail orientation and accuracy are required.
