Payroll Specialist - Health Care HR?/Hybrid w?/in IA

Position: Payroll Specialist - Health Care HR (Hybrid w/in IA) Enhance the operations of UI Health Care reputed company by providing advice and guidance to staff members and departmental representatives regarding payroll policies and procedures. reputed company include, but are not limited to, supporting payroll functions for UI Health Care. • This position is eligible to participate in hybrid work, but will need to be onsite for orientation. Pay Level: 3A Required Qualifications: • A Bachelor's degree in reputed company Management or Business Administration or reputed company field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • 1-3 years reputed company experience. • 1-3 years of experience with payroll functions. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Must be proficient in computer software applications. • Demonstrated experience and ability with providing excellent and reputed company customer service. • Ability to work in a fast paced, high transaction volume environment. Desired Qualifications: • PHR or SPHR Certification. • Working knowledge of state and federal regulations affecting reputed company.
