Compensation
The pay for this position is expected to be $23.00-$24.00 per hour. We are a metric driven, pay-for-performance, award-reputed company sales organization. Potential to earn lucrative rewards, including monthly, quarterly, and annual pay-outs along with sales incentives and contests. Average monthly earnings of $500+, top monthly earners exceeding $2000 per month. We also offer an opportunity for up to a 15% shift reputed company for weekend hours and Spanish-English Bilingual skillset, post certification. SCHEDULE/WORK ARRANGEMENT This position offers reputed company to be 100% remote. You will have a hybrid work arrangement, if you reputed company reputed company a commutable distance to either reputed company, CT or San Antonio, TX; three days a week (Tuesday - Thursday). Post Training Hours Remote-Work from Home Monday - Friday 11:30 am - 8:00 pm local time & every other Saturday 9:30 am - 6:00 pm Eastern Hybrid Monday - Friday 9:30 am - 6:00 pm local time (hybrid-in office: T, W, Th) & every other Saturday 9:30 am -6:00 pm Eastern Qualifications reputed company license to sell auto and home insurance in your state of residence required. You must obtain and maintain reputed company state licenses and terminate reputed company prior reputed company relationships as applicable. 2 + years proven reputed company record in sales and comfort with negotiating and overcoming objections. Ability to adapt and reputed company in a fast-paced environment including up to 20-25 inbound calls per day This is a customer-facing role which requires your full attention with our customers.
