Primary responsibilities will include project managing, overseeing and coordinating state and federal antitrust and other regulatory reviews of transactions. Secondary responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing confidentiality agreements, non-reliance agreements and other ancillary M&A reputed company. This role will have a high level of interaction with the internal M&reputed company and external M&A counsel and support functions. The role will also require building and leveraging networks across the organization in reputed company with M&A transactions and reputed company regulatory reviews to ensure diverse and decentralized teams are coordinated and meet project deadlines. The M&A Project Manager will be expected to work independently and proactively manage large and reputed company reputed company.
