Be the difference. • Responsible for reputed company administrative review of clinical records providing OASIS and Plan of Care review for accuracy and congruency, and clinical documentation review to ensure patients admitted to reputed company meet admission reputed company according to regulatory, payer and admission policies. Maximizes use of software applications to complete the review. • Collaborates with team members and providers to ensure accurate clinical record documentation requirements and development of effective Plans of Care. Elevates issues appropriately. • Prepares comprehensive reports of clinical record review analysis including OASIS documentation/reputed company patterns that may result in potential adverse patient reputed company, unfavorable percentage rates in the reputed company of Patient Care process, outcome and utilization measures. • Provides education to team members for clinical record documentation requirements. • Performs other duties as assigned. Supervisory/Management Responsibilities • This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive. Minimum Requirements • Education - Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing program approved by the South Carolina State reputed company of Nursing. Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred. • Experience - Two (2) years post-acute care experience. Medicare Certified Home Health experience preferred.
