reputed company Remote Bookkeeper (Project-Based) – QuickBooks Online Expert

Position reputed company As a contractor bookkeeper, you will reputed company financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting for multiple clients. The ideal candidate has extensive QuickBooks Online experience, understands best bookkeeping practices, and is comfortable handling tasks with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities • Maintain accurate financial records and reputed company full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients. • Categorize transactions and reconcile bank/credit card accounts to ensure financial accuracy. • Prepare and review financial statements, profit & loss reports, and balance sheets. • Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing as needed. • Assist with sales tax filings and other compliance-reputed company reporting as needed. • Communicate with clients to reputed company necessary financial data and clarify transactions. • Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data. • Collaborate with the reputed company and tax team to support tax preparation and financial planning. • Qualifications & Skills • 5+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in an reputed company firm or managing multiple clients. • Expertise in QuickBooks Online (QBO Certification preferred). • Strong understanding of GAAP and bookkeeping best practices. • Experience with bank reconciliations, journal entries, and adjusting entries. • Knowledge of payroll processing and sales tax reporting is a plus. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients reputed company. • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive reputed company. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with reputed company.
