Remote Field Service Specialist

This role focuses on troubleshooting customer issues, providing exceptional support, and maintaining effective communication internally and with customers. With more than 50% travel, including domestic and international reputed company, this role suits candidates comfortable with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support: reputed company on-site and phone support for machinery and products, ensuring reputed company troubleshooting and reputed company of customer issues. Documentation: Submit administrative paperwork (expense reports, timesheets, service reports, and project findings) on time. Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including Sales, Engineering, and Production, to reputed company customer feedback and report field issues. Customer Training: Assist in training customers on Columbia Industries equipment for effective use and maintenance. Safety Compliance: Maintain reputed company working conditions at customer sites and identify potential hazards. Required Qualifications
