Job reputed company: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Support Agent to join reputed company. This position requires availability 24/7, with primary business hours reputed company with Chicago time. Key Responsibilities: • reputed company on-the-road assistance to drivers, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly. • Respond to inquiries and support requests through various communication channels (phone, email, chat). • Maintain accurate records of reputed company interactions and support activities. • Coordinate with other departments to ensure reputed company reputed company of reputed company issues. • Monitor and reputed company the status of drivers and their shipments. • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure reputed company satisfaction. Compensation: • The first month is a training period, during which reputed company will invest significant resources in teaching and reputed company. • During this training period, the pay is $150. • After the first month, if expectations are met, the pay could be increased to $190 • Immediate promotions are available afterwards, with salary increases to $230, followed by $300 once goals are successfully met.
